WhosHiring.com.au, Australiaís first dedicated online employer directory, today announced its partnership with JobServe.

The partnership was formed with the aim of offering Australian candidates a direct point of contact with companies and recruiters with whom they want to work.

It meets the needs of candidates who have a career in mind and want to find an employer of choice, however, donít know whoís hiring.

Whoís Hiring was launched in 2006 by founder Tim Sutton, whose objective was to bring candidates and employers together by sending job seekers directly to the employerís or recruitment agencies careers websites, alleviating the need for the jobseeker to navigate their way around often complex websites.

As companies struggle with candidate attraction in this tight employment market, they are constantly looking for new ways of positioning themselves in front of potential candidates. Whoís Hiring works by enhancing their corporate profile and brand while providing candidates a quick and easy way to connect directly with their preferred employer.

Similarly, Recruitment Agencies are listed under the industries in which they recruit, raising their profile with jobseekers that are looking for jobs within their chosen sector. Candidates can then connect directly with the agencies most relevant to them.

Whoís Hiring has directed over 100,000 unique jobseekers to some of the countries largest companies including BHP, Google, Coca-Cola and McDonalds.
