Guardian News and Mediaís Ad Planning department won the silver and gold awards for Best Research Initiative at the prestigious Media Week Awards.
The silver award was for Grad Facts, research which delivers insight into the attitudes and aspirations of graduates in the UK. Grad Facts also provides recruiters with a planning currency to improve the efficacy of employersí graduate recruitment campaigns
The gold award was for Total Audience UK, a single source survey that measures consumption of all UK national press titles and their websites. This delivers to the industry, for the first time, a robust measure of net print and online audiences, and is now used widely by agencies for planning and buying.
The other nominees were Mediacom, Channel 4, Carat Insight and the IAB.
This is a second year of success for Guardian News and Media, who won gold for Best Research Initiative last year for the Berliner Impact research.
