GoJobsite acquires Conkers.net multiposting technology

GoJobsite.co.uk has acquired the technology and client base of web-based multiposting software company Conkers.net for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition will allow GoJobsite to provide a more comprehensive offering to its recruitment agency customers. It will specifically be looking to introduce the benefits of multiposting technology to customers who currently have no automated posting system in place.

Commenting on the acquisition, GoJobsite managing director Keith Potts said:

Created in 2001, Conkers.net is a web-based solution designed to post vacancies on behalf of recruitment agencies to multiple job boards. Over the past 12 months, Conkers handled the posting of 2.5 million vacancies to over
730 job boards, on behalf of more than 1,000 UK recruitment consultants.

The Conkers software allows an agency to register every job board and every consultant that will be placing their jobs through the system. The agency is then able to group users by division, branch or any other level of organisation to allow strict control of vacancy usage at all levels whilst
making the posting process far easier.

Conkers can be used as a central administration point for all vacancies as we can also post vacancies to client websites and back office systems as well as any new job boards that are required.
