Funky consultancy bucking the trend by hiring top talent to work with some of the worldís best companies

We are currently in a ìperfect stormî for change, the kind of change that we may not see for another 50 years. We are not talking about the financial crisis (for a change!) but about Generation Y (GenY) as they enter the workforce in their droves. Gen Y are rejecting current structures, processes, policies and ways of getting work done meaning that old hierarchical, factory style management is no longer effective and sustainable.

The arrival of GenY to the workplace closes the chapter on the War for Talent and begins a new chapter: The War for Personal Productivity. This shifts the warís focus on Talent as a whole and makes it the War for MeÖThe battle is now individualised and personal!

e3 Unlimitedís understanding of this new world of work has led to them bucking the current financial trend with a huge demand from innovative companies. They see this as the time for real change and an opportunity to implement new, more effective and productive ways of getting work done both now and in the future.

This has led to e3 Unlimited hiring three new people to help deliver really cool new strategies for the worldís best organisations. Practising what they preach and embracing the world of cross fertilisation of talent and horizontal thinking, e3ís new recruits have truly diverse and distinct skills, stretching from resourcing diagnostics to investment bank fiscal strategies and consumer marketing.

ëIn this new flatter world of work we see our abilitiy to deliver truly insightful and effective strategies coming not from any one specialism but from the collaboration of diverse individual skills of our employeesí

Charlie Duggan has joined the team as Managing Director of the Resourcing Division. Charlie has previously worked his magic with Microsoft, Royal & Sun Alliance and GE Money.

Lindsay Hurst joins from Goldman Sachs as Head of Research & Strategy. Lindsay has a strong pedigree on micro and macro world trends, creative economies and industry forecasts.

Henry Debenham is ex Ogilvy & Mather, BBH and Kit Digital and joins as Managing Director of the Generation Division bringing a wealth of experience in consumer marketing to translate the intricate details of consumer insights to employee engagement and productivity.

Leading the team are Emma Reynolds; recognised as one of Management Todayís í35 Women under 35í and global speaker on Generational Trends and the New World of Work; and Bruce Morton, globally respected pioneer in talent management. Emma & Bruce have built the business over two years to become an international brand beating the íbig boysí in the consultancy world to projects with leading companies.

e3 Unlimited are working with BP, Tata Steel, Yell.com, Virgin, Skandia Financial Services, Holcim and a number of other brave, leading edge organisations to revolutionise the way organisations get stuff done. In other words, ditching the 20th century way of doing business and embracing the 21st century style.
