Force 10 Recruitment ëstormingí ahead

A new recruitment agency in Doncaster is already storming ahead, with its dynamic approach to bringing highly qualified ex service personnel and potential employers together.

Force 10 Recruitment is the creation of Doncaster born Tony Ward, a former Regimental Sergeant Major, who served for 24 years in the army and has also experienced civilian life as an employee and employer.

Tonyís motivation for launching Force 10 was his feeling that the transition from the services to employment was not always smooth and as a result training and skills were being underused and employers missing out on a fantastic resource of talented people.

Tony, who has launched the company in association with James Squires of respected recruitment company Austin Banks, sees the matching up of candidates and business as a positive outcome for both:
