Teams from the Crawley office of finance recruiter Nigel Lynn and its sister company office support recruiter la crme, recently took part in a major fundraising event for St Catherineís Hospice.
The annual Dragon Boat Racing Festival is a regular spectacle in Crawley when Tilgate Lake is transformed into Hong Kong Harbour as teams race 40ft long Dragon Boats over a set distance along the length of the lake.
Commenting on the event Jo Stuteley, director of la crme said: ìThis was an example of how raising money for charity can also be a first class team building exercise as everyone has to work together.î
The event raised over 1400 for the hospice.
