Mark Owen-Ward, formerly a Director of Reed, has joined PRO as head of PROconsulting. Mark is a Chartered MCIPD and has worked in the HR and Recruitment sector for the past nine years. At Reed, he was responsible for developing and delivering new services particularly in the Managed Services, Vendor Management, Recruitment Process Outsourcing and Consultancy arena.
