GRS, the international search consultancy, today announces the appointment of Dan Richards to the position of Director of Risk, further strengthening its management team.
Dan has over 13 years experience in the executive recruitment industry ñ most recently as Director of the search practice at Alexander Mann Solutions and Client Director for the Financial Services division. Previously Dan was a Vice President at Korn Ferry International and Futurestep and part of the European management team and global practice structure. His early career included managing the legal desk at Michael Page after training as a lawyer with Clifford Chance.
As Director of Risk, Dan will take responsibility for the direction and strategy of the largest unit within the group. He said, ìThe focus GRS places on deep functional and market knowledge is rare and was one of the main draws for me. To best serve our clients I believe it is essential that we consistently demonstrate the highest levels of service.
