The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Developmentís (CIPD) research shows that while over three-fifths of organisations undertake coaching activities, just one in ten say that coaching has been completely integrated with wider HR and learning and development strategy. CIPDís Annual Coaching at Work Conference will give people management and development professionals the opportunity to hear about new developments in the coaching arena and identify initiatives that will help ensure organisational objectives met.
