SHL, the global leader in talent assessment solutions in the workplace, has appointed Chris Clarke as Vice President Alliances. Clarke will be responsible for coordinating SHLís global effort in working with alliance partners and for driving the creation of mutual revenues.
Integrating assessment into talent management and recruitment systems or making assessment an integral part of an HR outsourced service allows companies to make a greater return on their investments. It also allows SHLís alliance partners to differentiate themselves with a superior offering, bringing together expertise from both parties.
Clarke has long experience at SHL in various roles, most recently as Vice President Technology Solutions, where he had a global remit overseeing SHLís client-facing delivery of online, on-demand propositions and growing these into the core revenue-generating engine of the SHL business.
ìSHL works closely with its alliance and technology partners to tap into under-penetrated markets and maximise our existing ones. Clients benefit from a greater ROI through a combination of our psychometric assessment content and expertise and our partnersí robust infrastructure and technology offering,î said Clarke.
He added,îEducating and empowering both SHL and its alliance partnersí sales teams in the strength of their combined offerings creates more opportunity and value for partners and SHL alike.î
SHL Commercial Operations Director, Paul Levett, commented: ìChris is now in place to lead our global partner efforts and to maximise revenue through this sales channel. This channel has grown rapidly over the last few years and we have put in place a team to continue and accelerate that growth. Recruitment and talent management systems vendors, HR and recruitment process outsourcers and HR consultancies are the alliance partners that have the most proven potential.î
