Chase Zander operates across three specialist divisions of Executive Search and Selection, Business Change and IT. Chase Zander's Executive Search consultants partner with leading blue chip clients across the European Financial Services sector.

Chase Zander helps its clients deliver lasting business change, utilising a fully integrated and bespoke approach to recruitment which combines executive search and selection, permanent and interim solutions.

Managing Director, Adam Tallamy said that our 5th birthday finds Chase Zander in a great position having doubled our size each year for the last two years and with ambitious growth plans moving forward. Key wins such as the recently signed exclusive recruitment partner agreement with BGL Group, formerly known as Budget Insurance, have allowed us to build robust plans and to create significant new recruitment consultant / executive search consultant jobs.

Adam added that all of the recruitment consultants / executive search consultants that we recruit are rewarded and promoted against our brand values to drive the best behaviours which in commission-only driven recruitment businesses, is unlikely to be the case. This ensures that we are always striving towards creating an outstanding experience for our clients and candidates.
