Certes launches new structure in the wake of a changing IT marketplace

.

In the wake of sweeping changes in the IT staffing market, Certes Group, one of the UKís leading independent IT staffing service providers, has unveiled a major restructuring of its service portfolio. This new development also sees the launch of a fresh brand identity which is reflective of the broader resourcing and service capabilities they are now able to offer clients.

The restructuring has created 3 new key areas of service expertise in addition to Certesí well established Resourcing capability, these include Outsourcing, IT Solutions Development and Consultancy. As part of this restructuring the group has launched a number of new services over the course of the last 3 months including: a Resource Management service, which delivers many benefits over conventional resource supply options, including cost savings of up to 25%; a Managed Service, for core IT support functions; and Web Solutions delivery, via its software development arm Certes IT Solutions.

Certes Chief Executive, Robert Lindsey commented on these new developments, ëNot only has it been a very challenging time for anyone in the IT services and staffing market, with the general economic slowdown, and the cautious attitude towards investment we have seen across all industries, but customers are demanding a new kind of service provider. We are finding that more and more clients are now wanting to work in partnership with service providers who can truly fulfill their needs for; increased control; customised services; value creation and cost savings; as well as one who can protect them from the burgeoning employment legislation pressures looming over all recruiters.í Lindsey continues, ëWe have spent a lot of time devising our growth strategy to ensure it fully responds to these issues, so weíre confident that our new service structure gives us the ability to offer some of the most competitive rates in the contract market, as well as the flexibility to develop bespoke service solutions for our clients.í

When asked about any future plans to build on this new structure Lindsey commented,
ëOur growth plans for the future are based on us having a progressive approach to new service innovation, and we are already working on a new customisable web enabled Resource Management System to assist in streamlining clientís resourcing processes.í

Within each of Certesí new service disciplines they have now created specific brand identities for the various services they now offer, so that clients can choose from a portfolio of services, or a customised service solution. For further information about Certes new structure visit
