At the heart of caterer.com Learning (www.caterer.com/learning) will be an online food hygiene training package and a series of live ''Masterclass'' seminars.
The online training package has been accredited by the Royal Institute of Public Health, who say that the course is impressive...particularly its ease of use and interactive layout. This is a helpful and attractive programme and will prove popular.
