Capita Payroll Services has announced the appointment of Chris Fountain as new managing director. He will be joining the company at its head office in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and his senior team will comprise sales director John Keegan who joins from Rebus HR and Frank Gillespie, Bob Watson and Tarun Patel as operations directors.
Fountain moves from his previous role in Payroll Managed Services at ITNET and succeeds Mike Addenbrooke, who has been promoted from his role as Business Services Director to become Managing Director of pensions administrator Capita Hartshead.
Capita Payroll Services employs over 450 staff in eight administration centres nationwide and administers the pay of around two million people, equivalent to 8.4bn, each year.
