Candidate Management System

.

HazelWeb Systems has released version 3 of iCaMS, its Internet Candidate relationship Management System.

This new release builds on iCaMS, according to HazelWeb, one of the most logical solutions in the marketplace today.

The new features in this release include enhanced candidate interactivity (for example candidates can view their history records including copies of correspondence, upload requested documents etc.) and a new look and feel for the back office functions.

Jeremy Ovenden, HazelWebís managing director, remarks: ìI am very excited about these new enhancements to our already comprehensive product. Our research tells us that these new features are what is expected in this rapidly maturing marketplace and will serve to strengthen the loyalty we enjoy from our existing customers. In a market that appears to be saturated with candidate relationship management systems, both UK-developed and international, there still seems be a place for easy-to-configure systems that simply ëdo what it says on the tiní and keep on doing it.î

iCaMS, which is available as a client-hosted package or on an ASP basis, was first released in 1999 and provides core functionality such as job-posting to companyís own website, candidate registration and online application, complete applicant tracking and correspondence and full database search tools.
