Bill Thomas joins HR Access to become the new Head of Global Outsourcing

HR Access, a provider of HR management, payroll applications and outsourcing services, has appointed Bill Thomas as Head of Global Outsourcing.

Bill Thomas joins HR Access to boost the development of HR Accessí outsourcing strategy across EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa). After spending 15 years at Ceridian Corporation, Bill Thomas describes his objectives as the development and deployment of HR Access' outsourcing activities worldwide.

Bill will report to Michel Picaud, CEO of HR Access. The appointment demonstrates the organisationís commitment to growing its outsourcing business and strengthening its presence in the key European markets.
