IIRC (www.iirc.com) has announced that Mark Anderson has been promoted to Global Sales Manager and is also the newest member of the IIRC Leadership Team.
With Mr. Anderson's addition, the Leadership Team now consists of 5 members: Mark Anderson, Global Sales Manager; Mike Bryan, Director of Product Strategy; Jeff Dahltorp, Director of Marketing and Business Development; Robin Ferguson, Director of Client Services; and LeRoy Robbins, CEO.

Anderson will spearhead all of IIRC's sales efforts and will be responsible for leading the consultative sales force in growing new and existing business. He has 8 years of business experience in the area of sales, sales management, and consulting. Prior to joining IIRC, Mark worked in the financial industry for organizations including Home Gold Financial and Bank One Corporation. Most recently Mark was an Account Executive with Lucent Technologies before coming on board with IIRC as a National Account Executive in 2001.
Robbins continued by commenting on the revitalized role of Jeff Dahltorp, Director of Global Marketing and Business Development, by developing further key strategic alliances and partnerships all along the recruiting value chain, we will be better able to successfully differentiate ourselves from competitors and leverage business development as a core competency for more comprehensive solutions for our clients.
