An award winning consultancy receives further recognition for investing in its people

Interim Performers has achieved the brand new (2005) Investors in People Standard for delivering business improvement through its people. The business includes Interim Performers, a specialist HR & Finance Interim Management Consultancy and Executive Performers, its search and selection business.

This is an outstanding achievement for a small organisation that exceeded the guidelines and demands of the revised, more challenging Investors in Peopleís standard first time.

Interim & Executive Performers went through a rigorous assessment process, which included assessing 7 key business areas through interviewing a cross-section of employees.

Bill Donnelly, their Assessor says Having assessed the organisation rigorously against the 2005 revised version of the national Investors in People Standard, according to the demands and guidelines of Investors in People UK and Capital Quality Ltd, I am pleased to confirm that Executive Performers Ltd well meets - and in some areas exceeds - the requirements of an Investor in People.

Donnelly further comments: There is clearly extensive good employment practice across the Company which will undoubtedly support the business as it grows and develops further.
