Staff at Aston Taylor recruitment-to-recruitment are to benefit from a new share option scheme being introduced from next month. The scheme will enable the team to share in the company's success, reward loyalty and encourage continuing low staff turnover.
Shares will be offered primarily on length of service, with additional share packages up for grabs to top-performing consultants. The shares are expected to pay healthy dividends based on the company's continued success and should also act as an excellent incentive.
CEO Vic Chuntz explained the reasoning. We've got a great team of people and we want to make sure they stay right here. We've always had very low staff turnover and we thought this would be a great way of keeping it like that.
