Celebrations were in full flow during National Customer Service Week at local Recruitment Consultancy, Plum Personnel in Solihull including a competition for the Plum ëTemp Teamí.

One of the winners of the competition for temporary employees was Raksha Patel who was presented with cinema tickets for Cineworld by Laura from Plum and Warren McVickery the Manager at Cineworld. Raksha commented, ìI started my temporary assignment with Plum within 24-hours of my interview and am delighted to have won the cinema tickets.î
The annual event organised by the Institute of Customer Service started in 2001. During the week long celebrations Plum undertook a range of events including an ëon-lineí Customer Satisfaction Survey. Susie Ankrett, Director commented ìWe wanted to find out how we could improve and deliver an even better service. We were particularly delighted to find that we scored 100% in the key priority areas of client satisfaction.î Susie added, ìIn todayís business world itís crucial to listen to what our customers want and vital never to become complacent.î
