Testgrid has launched a hiring intelligence platform designed to bring assessment, workflow and reporting together, with hiring teams retaining responsibility for the final decision.

Hiring intelligence in one place

The Australian recruitment-technology company says the platform connects application forms, candidate communications, assessments, structured interviews, automation and reporting in one environment. Teams define what a role requires, gather job-relevant evidence and use a ranked view of candidates to support consistent decisions.

“For years, the industry has told hiring teams that the answer to better hiring is a better test. That was only ever part of the story. The real problem most teams face is that their hiring is spread across disconnected tools, and the people making decisions are left to piece it together themselves.”

Will Ainsley, Chief Operating Officer at Testgrid.

Reducing the friction around hiring

Testgrid cites a SmartRecruiters benchmark putting median time to fill at around 32 days. It says a Robert Half survey found more than half of employers take five weeks or more, while 42% of candidates have left a recruitment process because scheduling took too long.

The company says its automation is intended to handle repetitive steps between stages while keeping every action visible to the team. Artificial intelligence is used to assist the process and reduce manual work, not to make hiring decisions.

Designed for complex and high-volume recruitment

The platform is aimed at organisations hiring at volume or for high-stakes roles, including operational and safety-critical employers, recruitment providers and public-sector teams. Testgrid says its data is hosted in Australia and that the platform is built on established assessment science.
