Change Scoops Scottish Recruitment Award

Change Solutions, part of Change Recruitment Group, one of Scotland's largest independent specialist recruitment solutions providers, has been awarded 'Best Recruitment Campaign' at the recent Scottish Recruitment Awards. The Awards, created by Scottish Business Insider and the Daily Record, aim to recognise the exceptional achievement in the Scottish Recruitment Industry.

This accolade was given for the online recruitment campaign managed by Change Solutions on behalf of First Scotrail. Some of the judges' comments on the site and process included: The innovation behind a new online recruitment tool developed for First Scotrail by Change Solutions saw it emerge as a clear winner.

Although the train operator had never used the internet for recruiting staff before, the new portal offering online applications and candidate management proved to be a huge success. The well presented site, with its easy to follow and informative system, has resulted in the campaign to date having over 40,000 applications with nearly 600 positions offered to successful applicants.'
