Joy Bruce started working for Smart Recruitment four years ago and has since been promoted 4 times in as many years.

Respected and valued by clients and her own team alike, Joy has made a valuable contribution to Smart Recruitment having been promoted from Branch Administrator to Account Coordinator to Senior Temps consultant and now this latest promotion as Branch Manager.

At 24 years of age, Joy is making significant progress in her career. Born in Johannesburg and married to a fellow South African, Joy describes herself as a social animal with a full family life which she thoroughly enjoys. When not working, Joy can be found working out at the gym or catching up with friends. With significant Recruitment qualifications to her name, Joy is firmly focused on her career and keen to continue realising her ambitions at forward thinking Smart Recruitment.
