CTPartners, the performance-driven global executive search firm serving clients around the world announced today its audited search placement rate for the year ending December 31, 2007 is 81%, up from 80 percent in 2006. In addition, the average number of days to placement in 2007 is 124, compared to 125 days in 2006. 90% of the 2007 search assignments were completed in 102 days.
