The Guinness Partnership - home and dry with flexible payroll services

ICS Computing Ltd, the privately owned provider of payroll outsourcing services has been awarded a contract to provide managed and bureau payroll services to The Guinness Partnership, one of the housing associations. Currently the Group, whose patron is HRH the Prince of Wales, provides good quality, affordable accommodation for more than 100,000 people in over 50,000 homes across the country with services provided by more than 2000 staff.

The new contract provides The Guinness Partnership with both bureau and managed payroll services for its two thousand employees across four different sites. Bureau services for two of the Guinness sites take care of all the payroll processing, while the managed services for the other two sites includes outputs such as BACS payments, employee payslips, returns to third parties and revenue commissioners, reports, year-end returns and implementation of new legislative requirements.

For both service levels ICS takes care of BACS payments, employee payslips, reports, year-end returns and implementation of new legislative requirements. The managed service also includes management of data entry, validation of payments and provision of payroll expertise. The service levels can be flexed in the future should Guinnessí requirements change.
