RPCushing recruitment appoints manager for marketing and design/creative services teams

Specialist market research, marketing discipline and creative industries recruiter, RPCushing Recruitment, has appointed senior recruitment professional, Nicola Bail, as Manager of the RPCushing Recruitment Marketing and Design/Creative Services divisions.

Nicola joins from Phee Farrer Jones (PFJ) where she was responsible for leading and growing the contract, temp and freelance division over a number of years.

Her role within RPCushing Recruitmentís expanding Marketing and Design/Creative Services teams will be to strengthen the management structure already in place. Nicola will head up the departments supported by former colleague and ex-PFJ employee, Tom Brockton who joined RPCushing Recruitment in April 2007.
