New Boyden appointments

Veteran search professionals to expand presence in Human Resources, Consumer Products, Industrial and Global Technology, and strengthen recruiting processes

Boyden, a global leader in executive search, has named Guido Tonello as Partner in the firmís Milan, Italy office and Andrea Bettini as Associate in its Rome office. Mr. Tonello will focus on Human Resources, Consumer Products, Industrial and Global Technology practice areas and Mr. Bettini will specialize in executive recruitment analysis, planning and management.

Prior to joining Boyden, Mr. Tonello was the Human Resource Director and Member of the Executive Committee of Bolton Manitoba Group, a European-based household, food and personal care manufacturer. Earlier in his career, he worked in several human resources related positions for Philips Group. Mr. Tonello has a degree in Economics from the Universit Cattolica in Milan and holds a masterís degree from SDA Bocconi.

Mr. Bettini joins Boyden with more than 20 years of management experience with high- tech companies and organizations specializing in professional training and development. He most recently served as General Manager and Project Leader for the Fondazione Consulente per il Lavoro, an Italian organization that provides training tools for consultants. Prior to this position, he was General Manager for IresCogi, an Italian company specializing in professional training, and held management positions for several multinational high-tech companies. Mr. Bettini received his degree in Philosophy from the Universit degli Studi di Roma.
