Resourcing Solutions, the leading recruitment consultant for the rail and engineering sectors, is celebrating after two of its consultants were short listed as finalists in the RECís first ever awards celebrating the success of individual recruitment consultants.

Andy Ridout and Tom Brown were nominated for the awards following their relentless commitment to over achieving targets, delivering new streams of revenue generation and building profitable relationships with existing clients.

In these first awards, Andy is finalist for the Temporary Consultant of the Year category and Tom is finalist in the Permanent Consultant category.
