reed.co.uk breaking records in 2008

reed.co.uk has enjoyed a record-breaking start to the year, with highest ever weekly figures for job applications and jobseeker registrations.

More than 20,000 new jobseekers registered on reed.co.uk during the first full week in January, whilst more than 300,000 job applications were made via the site. Over 1.2 million CVs are currently available for searching on reed.co.uk.

The record figures come in the same week as official confirmation of reed.co.ukís traffic levels was made available with the publication of its latest ABCe audit.

Audited traffic for October 2007 shows over 1.6 million unique visitors, generating nearly 50 million page impressions for the month. The audit also includes a certified figure of more than 1.1 million job applications, more than any other UK job site.

Traffic growth is set to continue for reed.co.uk with a recently launched advertising campaign, encompassing a range of media, including local and national radio, outdoor and online media.
