VCG, LLC, the developer of software solutions and services that power successful recruiting and staffing companies, today announced that The Society for Technical Communication (STC) has awarded VCG with a Merit Award for Introducing Pointwingô Front Office, an online training documentation developed to introduce new users of VCGís Pointwing recruiting software to the system's rich graphical interface and functionality.
A huge advantage to entering this awards program is taking the feedback we receive and making VCG's training as effective and interactive as it can be, said Roger Bell, Technical Writer for VCG.
The training video, developed in Adobe Captivate, won the award in the tutorials/training category and was selected based on its ability to assist end users in learning the product. Judges look at the context of the entry's stated purpose and evaluate content, structure and the design of each entry.
This award illustrates VCG's continued drive for excellence when it comes to supporting our customers.
