SuccessFactors Announces Initial Public Offering

SuccessFactors, Inc. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,790,000 shares of its common stock at $10.00 per share. Of the 10,790,000 shares of SuccessFactors' common stock being offered to the public, 10,000,000 shares are being offered by SuccessFactors and 790,000 shares are being offered by certain selling stockholders. The offering is expected to close on November 26, 2007. The underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to an additional 1,618,500 shares of common stock from SuccessFactors to cover over-allotments, if any. The shares will trade on The NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol SFSF.
