Leeds based Godloves Solicitors have started an HR Club for businesses wanting guidance on employment issues and a chance to share experiences with others in the HR field.
The Godloves HR Club is to be launched on Thursday 31st May at the Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Restaurant. Guests will be served cream tea.
The Club will appeal to a variety of business people, as it is a recognised fact that Employment Law is a minefield where businesses need proactive guidance before making costly mistakes.
The Godloves HR Club is the brainchild of Employment Specialist Michael Morse who says ìSMEís face a particular dilemma - they lack the budgets and resources of major companies but are held to the same standard. A dedicated and trained HR Manager is not always feasible. The result is someone who may know they are in a minefield but has no map. Waiting until a mine is stepped is a rather poor option. Our HR Club can help supply a map.î
Michael Morse will give a presentation at the HR Club entitled ëStaying Out of the Tribunalí complete with an informal question & answer session and emphasis on practical solutions. Michael has worked for a variety of high profile law firms and is qualified to practice in both the UK and the USA.
For more information or to attend the Godloves HR Club please contact Michael Morse at Godloves Solicitors on 0113 225 8820 or by e mail at mmorse@godloves.co.uk.
