Executive Director Total Remuneration Survey

The Executive Director Total Remuneration Survey offers an indispensable and comprehensive review of this highly topical issue

The Executive Director Total Remuneration Survey offers an indispensable and comprehensive review of this highly topical issue.

Unlike many other pay surveys, the Total Remuneration Survey takes into account the changing mix of compensation from just salary and bonus to a total mix of pay where 80% is performance related. As schemes and disclosures have increased in complexity never has there been a greater need for high quality and objective analysis to assess the impact of changing approaches to executive incentives. Total compensation figures are rarely disclosed but are key to understanding the biggest drivers in executive reward.

The Survey also aims to be the most timely in the market. It contains data from the latest reporting season, within weeks of it being released.

The combination of total remuneration and the latest available data make this an essential product for any remuneration committee or institutional investor.

Whatís Included:
-Comprehensive coverage: Remuneration data from around 900 companies was used, covering all the FTSE100, FTSE250, SmallCap and select Fledgling and AIM companies. The coverage far exceeds most similar reports from other remuneration consultants.

- Total remuneration: taking into account all elements of remuneration.

- High-value research at a fraction of the cost. Over 1,000 hours of data collection and processing were involved in compiling the report.

- Median, upper and lower quartile figures presented for each band, giving a clear indication of how a directorís remuneration compares to the current market.

- Banding by turnover and market capitalisation; thus allowing fair comparison to similar sized companies.
