The RightThing and Talent2 Team Up to Service Clients Globally

The RightThing, Inc. and Talent2 International Limited today announced an alliance to offer global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. This alliance brings together two regional leaders in their respective markets; with The RightThing focused on North America and Talent2, based in Australia, focused on Asia and the UK.

This new alliance was formed to meet the growing demand for global recruitment requirements of existing clients. Global organizations have had to rely on a patchwork of regional recruiting firms to meet their needs which is extremely inefficient and difficult to manage. Bringing together these two RPO industry leaders will allow clients to leverage the strengths and critical mass of top level service firms on a multinational basis.
