Master Recruiter Dutton International wins 7.5m Temporary Agency Staff Master Vendor contract

Sheffield-based Dutton International Ltd., has won the ëMaster Vendorí contract awarded by Rotherham Borough Council, potentially worth approximately 7.5m over the next three years, beating off competition from some of the largest recruitment organisations in the world.

This contract will cover the temporary requirements in the areas of Manual Trades, Social Care, Administration and Clerical and Finance and IT. Dutton International Ltd will be commencing a massive recruitment drive shortly, entitled ëJobs For Rotherhamí, eager to encourage local workers to fill roles available in these sectors. Dutton International Ltd will also be drawing on their existing excellent relationships with candidates.

Dutton International Ltd has a strong existing relationship with Rotherham Council, having supplied them with temporary staff since 2002. They will continue their work on the Rotherham 2010 Regeneration project and make even more stimulating jobs available, filling available roles themselves, and also working closely with other agency providers to ensure the very best match of candidates to roles. Dutton International Ltd will be adopting and embracing the latest initiatives relating to e-commerce, which along with e-recruitment initiatives will result in significant savings within the Council, which can be utilised for the benefit of Rotherham. This will also aid them in one of their main targets of diversity integration and are working hard to create real opportunities for a diverse range of people within the borough from all backgrounds and cultures.

The projectís main launch will be on May 16th in Rotherham (further information to follow), with Dutton International Ltd having already provided support and information to existing council workers. An open day will also be held in June to allow any interested parties to receive information about the project and potential vacancies. Dutton International Ltd will also be opening a new office in Rotherham shortly.
