WStore, the online supplier of business IT equipment, has revealed it is to launch a series of packaged IT services aimed at SMEs, in conjunction with its preferred services partner, OrderWork, the trading website for IT skills. Typical services offered through the partnership include VOIP installation, the repair of PCs and laptops, firewall configuring, and the installation of Microsoft Small Business Server.
WStore customers will now be able to specify their IT requirements based on a list of available services, giving complete transparency around pricing, delivery and implementation timescales. The nationwide coverage offered by OrderWorkís network of IT service providers complements WStoreís commitment to next-day delivery across the UK.
Tom Bausemer, OrderWork commercial director said, We are delighted to be working with WStore on this exciting initiative. WStore has a fantastic reputation for understanding the needs of the UK SME and by choosing OrderWork as its services partner, WStore continues to show this industry-leading commitment to its customers.
Stewart Hayward, WStore commercial director, said OrderWork stood out as a partner that would fit well with WStoreís outlook. Our success has been built on exceeding at customer service and giving first class value for money ñ things which SME-sized organisations in the UK struggle to find from their IT suppliers. Adding services into that mix was something we have always wanted to do. But to do it properly, and in keeping with the way we conduct ourselves, required a partner we can trust. OrderWork is that partner and together we will build a successful services offering for WStore customers and SMEs across the whole of the UK.
