ìThis is a great opportunity for Norfolk and Suffolk businesses, together with unions, to really tackle the skills crisis in their area. By sharing expertise and best practice businesses can see for themselves the positive effect a better-skilled workforce can bring to both their reputation as an employer of choice and their bottom-line.î
