Recruitment specialist right4staff has announced the winner of its Associate of the Year competition 2006. Suzanne Lydiate, aged 29 from Bootle, Merseyside has beaten off stiff competition from around the country to win the accolade.
The competition was open to all associates working on right4staffís contract with Unisys, the global information technology and service company, and MSB International PLC. Suzanne has worked at Unisys Insurance Services Limited in Liverpool since May 2006 and works full time as an annuities administrator. The judging panel felt that the quality of her work, willingness to take on tasks beyond her role, and her commitment to hitting the teamís targets made her a clear winner.
She was presented with a cheque for 250, a bottle of Champagne and a certificate by Steve Moore, Network Account Manager from right4staff and Elaine Hardman, Onsite Account Manager of right4staff in Liverpool. Alison Oswald, aged 20 from Christchurch in Dorset and Chaitali Patel, aged 30 from Wellingborough, Northants, were named as runnersñup.
right4staff supply temporary labour and commercial staff to Unisys across the UK. All of these associates are employed directly by right4staff who work onsite with Unisys in a partnership approach alongside MSB International PLC which is designed to significantly reduce staff turnover and sick absence levels.
