LogicaCMG Extends HR Outsourcing Contract with Threadneedle

LogicaCMG, today announces the successful transition of 650 Threadneedle employees from a semi-managed payroll service to a new fully managed payroll and outsourced HR administration service based on a SAP integrated system.

Threadneedle is a global asset management company and has worked with LogicaCMG for nearly two years. This is one of a series of contract extensions that LogicaCMG has implemented for the company to provide increasing efficiency and processing services under its HR outsourcing contract.

The HR outsourcing project will enable Threadneedle to focus on delivering real value to the business through its HR strategy, providing a one stop shop for key transactional processing and employee inquiries around payroll. The transition will also free up the HR Business Partners to focus on serving broader HR and more strategic needs of the business.

In addition to the integrated HR administration and fully managed payroll services, LogicaCMG successfully carried out an innovative implementation of SAPís compensation management module. This gives Threadneedle the ability to maintain a single location for all its compensation schemes and improve the management of the annual compensation cycles. The system will also allow Threadneedle to track its performance internally against market and competitor benchmark data, thereby working as a key business intelligence tool for the company.
