BUPA, the international health and care company, has selected Jobs4Medical.co.uk, a specialist online recruitment service for the medical profession, to provide its online recruitment service for all 26 of its UK hospitals. For the first time, the partnership will enable BUPA to target a wider variety of potential candidates and ensure that it reaches the growing number of job hunters that now look online for new positions. The deal was signed after a successful two month pilot scheme which resulted in over 700 candidates applying for 41 advertised clinical and senior management jobs.

BUPA is one of the worldís leading private healthcare organisations with more than seven million customers in 180 countries. It offers a wide range of health and care services from health insurance, hospitals and care homes to its Wellness health screening programmes. The Jobs4Medical partnership is part of a wider HR recruitment initiative that will see BUPA broaden its methods of recruitment, to include the more technically-advanced and cost-effective services of the Internet.
