Hogrefe announces ëInstant Accessí for advanced psychometric test tools

Hogrefe Ltd has launched a service for new users of psychometric testing tools.

Instant Access is a bureau service for those organisations that donít yet have staff trained in test administration and interpretation, but that wish to benefit from the insight that psychometric testing can provide. As part of the Instant Access service, users will earn training credits that they can exchange for formal British Psychological Society training as and when they feel the need to take on the administration and interpretation roles themselves.

Hogrefe has many years of experience helping organisations across Europe benefit financially from the use of its psychometrics. Recently, Nottingham City Transport calculated that theyíd saved at least 72,000 in six months from their bus driver training programme by using Hogrefe tools during the recruitment/assessment stage.

The introduction of the Instant Access extends the availability of Hogrefe tools to organisations that previously would not have been able to benefit.

According to Lee Rollinson, Training and Organisational Development Manager, Goodyear, there are many benefits to using the Hogrefe Bureau service.

However, we welcome the new Instant Access service as itíll now allow us to train selected staff without cost if we want to, thus giving us even more flexibility than before.î
