New Global Human Resources Director for StepStone

StepStone, a provider of talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Martin Percival as Group HR Director.

With close to twenty years experience in the HR industry, twelve of which spent working in the technology sector, Percival will assume responsibility for StepStoneís global HR management, overseeing teams in eleven countries.

Percival joins from Progress Software, where he spent six years as HR Director with responsibility for sixteen countries and over 550 people across the Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. Prior to this, he spent time working for Amazon.com in The Hague as Head of HR for the Netherlands and as European Recruitment Manager for the same company during its major growth stage between 1999 and 2001. Martin commenced his career with Yellow Pages and has also held HR roles at Microsoft and Xerox.
