ZoomInfo and Indeed Announce Strategic Relationship

ZoomInfo(TM) and Indeed(TM) today announced plans to integrate Indeed.com’s job search into ZoomInfo’s business information search engine, allowing the more than four million unique monthly visitors to ZoomInfo.com to benefit from the Web’s most comprehensive search engine for jobs. An initial version of this capability is available today, with more extensive integration expected in the coming months. ZoomInfo.com’s business users will be able to search for jobs based on their location and industries of interest, research industries and companies, manage their personal digital brand, and connect with potential employers.

Users visit ZoomInfo.com for business information on markets, companies, and people. We already know our users are very career-oriented, so integrating a job search capability is a logical next step for a business information search engine, said Bryan Burdick, COO of ZoomInfo. We chose to partner with Indeed because the company is the most comprehensive search engine for jobs. By integrating Indeed’s job search into ZoomInfo.com, we’ll be able to provide a single site for job seekers to research companies and jobs, identify specific people at that company with whom they may have a direction connection, and then contact those people directly through ZoomInfo.

More than four million people visit ZoomInfo each month to find information on 34 million business people, three million companies and thousands of industries and market segments in ZoomInfo’s search engine. Many of these business users are also proactively managing their careers and personal digital brand. Within each summary that ZoomInfo’s patented semantic search engine compiles, ZoomInfo provides web references to online sources, giving users a single view of their personal digital brand and overall web presence.

Users can claim their ZoomInfo profile and supplement their work and education history with additional information including links to their professional blogs, detailed bios and even pictures, allowing users to play an active role in creating and managing their digital brand and web presence for increased visibility. Each month, about 40,000 people register on ZoomInfo.com to claim their profile. ZoomInfo then automatically publishes the profiles so Google and other search engines can crawl and display the information in their search results, significantly raising the visibility of the profiles.
