InTIME software service to exhibit at Onrec Trade Conference

InTIME is a software service, which allows recruitment agencies to put their timesheets, payroll and invoicing into an automatic, web-based system.

Sanctuary Personnel won an REC award in October for using InTIME and decided to return the favour by nominating them for the Technical Innovation category.

The innovation is the simple way in which the software streamlines agenciesí processes. Temporary workers send timesheets directly to the web-service, either through a web-service or, uniquely, via SMS or touchtone telephone. Managers are then alerted to authorise the hours, which sends approval directly to the companyís payroll and invoicing software.

Based on Open Standards, the software is modular and adaptable. It can be scaled to any size and clients range from small agencies, who log-in to the self-service bureau for a few dozen timesheets per week, to enterprises processing thousands of transactions across multiple countries.

Every placement is tracked in real time and a central dashboard enables consultants and managers to see fine detail like the authorisation of a single timesheet and also wider trends in sales performance - across the entire company.
