TalkingCV is a revolutionary new way to reduce the time lost with first round interviews

TalkingCV consists of Video, Audio and Text files that will quickly highlight a candidateís basic skills and personality. You determine the interview questions and then an automated email invites the candidate to undertake their interview. The candidate will logon to your website from any Internet-enabled PC with Webcam and enter their unique reference code. The system will then take them through the interview process asking the questions you previously defined. Once completed, you will receive an email with the URL for the candidateís personalised TalkingCV. If you have a Recruitment Management System the URL can be attached to the candidate profile for later reference.
