Networx deliver top ten candidate experience

Following a conscious effort to improve the candidate experience of applying for a job through the Internet, networx have achieved Top 10 status on Jobsiteís RecruitRank for highest rated customer experience, based on feedback from job hunters.

Currently 8th out of 597 agencies (22.02.07) this achievement is thought to have been the result of implementing additional procedures over the past few months to ensure that the ìcandidate experienceî is of the highest possible standard.

This has affected our customerís response, as jobsite is not the only site that we are adapting the ìcandidate experienceî to. Quality job hunters obviously feel more comfortable in applying for a job through networx and do not feel that they are sending their CVís into a black hole. As a direct consequence of the increased applications we are also therefore increasing our success rate.
