Ann Swain is the Chief Executive of The Association of Technology Staffing Companies (ATSCo). Her background covers 25 years in and around the UK Recruitment Industry, as a recruiter, manager and sales director of a huge IT staffing business and as MD of specialist training company learning curve. She has spent the last seven years campaigning on behalf of the industry, with UK and EU Government, client companies and candidate groups for ATSCo and the last six as a non executive director of SkillsMarket, creators and custodians of the iProfile.
