Registration is free and sellers control their hourly rates and availability from their personal home-page. People4business applies a fixed (and industry-beating) 10% margin to the sellerís chosen rate, and from this margin also pays a 2% ëFinderís Feeí for other sellers and buyers introduced to the site.
