A YORKSHIRE company at the forefront of screening job applicants and detecting the growing menace of CV fraud has passed another milestone in its development.
Harrogate-based NDF Associates has become the first company in the North of England to meet the criteria for joining the National Association of Professional Background Screeners.
In doing so, it will work with more than 450 other worldwide specialists ñ from as far away as America, New Zealand, Pakistan and India ñ to promote their work in verifying the credentials of job candidates and current post-holders.
Director Neil Fawcett was a former West Yorkshire detective before launching NDF Associates to meet the growing demand among employers to protect themselves, and their customers, by checking out employeesí career and personal details.
He said: ìMembership adds an extra dimension to our business. We are only the second company in the UK to achieve accreditation to this association.
