The site (www.monster.co.uk) is now delivering an even more accurate search tool for jobseekers, who are now able to pin-point the areas they want to work in, simply by typing in a postcode.
When looking for a job it is important for it to be right on many levels and for many people location is key. This could be because they want to be healthy or friendly to the environment and walk or cycle to work to, be close to local childcare facilities, work in the city centre for the opportunities that offers, or in a rural location for quality of life.

In addition to searching by city or town, jobseekers who use the postcode search tool, will be able to select a radius to define an area within the vicinity of a postcode. Consequently, each job posting shows how many miles the job is from the postcode entered, providing the jobseeker with a targeted area search.
